      COMMENTS:

      • great course!
      • Loved the study guide even though I did these techniques already , it was a great review.
      • Wonderful information especially for an O&Mer that graduated years ago!
      • I also heard about this Self-Study Guide through my fieldwork supervisor.
      • Thank you for putting this together! Though some of this information is review, it was a great review. There was new information, too, and the videos were very helpful!
      • This was excellent and very easy to understand! It provided information on very complex concepts in a very easy to follow manner.
      • Thank you!
      • I thought the information was presented very clearly and I loved all the supporting materials, They were relevant and easy to access.
      • Thank you for providing so much information. I wish I had gone through this self-study sooner. I have learned a lot just by this online course/study guide about crossing streets! Thank you for the information. If you have other study guides like this please let me know! cgaylik@lhob.org
      • I learned a lot in this Self-Study Guide on crossing at Modern Signals. The very detailed information is considerably more comprehensive than what I learned in graduate school. Completing this Guide will increase my confidence that I have considerably more information to accurately teach my students. I truly appreciate all of the effort which went into preparing and providing the study opportunity.
      • thanks!
      • Good study guide!
      • I thought the material for the street signals was easier to grasp then the unit for VI pedestrian crossing.
      • I found the information to be useful and relevant. There were things I learned I was not aware of now I feel I can educate and make sure my students are prepared when they encounter these situations.
      • I was familiar with most of this information but having it broken down gave me a few things to think about. Because I haven't encountered each of the situations personally, I had not fully thought through some of them. This gave me a more complete understanding of the ever changing modern intersection.
      • great stuff and easy to integrate the information with my current teaching methods
      • This material was very beneficial for increasing my knowledge of how to teach safe street crossing skills.
      • The material in both of these study guides are extremely important in my field of O & M. Although I had read the study guides before, I went in-depth with the study guides and learned so much more. The information, pictures and videos really showed me so much more than I ever thought. Great job for the authors. And thank you for helping save the lives of so many people who live with a disability.
      • The material was well organized and understandable. I appreciate having something so relevant to do for ACVREP CEU's.
      • I didn't realize that street crossing could be so complicated. There are occasions when I do run across the street because I'm not certain how traffic is flowing but know I can make it across based on what I see. This course has helped me understand modern signals and the importance of making certain my future clients know more about traffic signals than pushing a button.
      • Excellent layout and very user friendly. Some "exceptions" added in make it a bit confusing as I am trying to "nail down" the basics. But overall, this is an excellent learning tool, and I can return to it for future reference when teaching.
      • I am so glad I found this material and that is was free! I have given link to my coworkers.
      • I thought this was great but the information is a bit scattered at times and hard to follow.
      • There are so many important details covered in this Study Guide and all the excellent attached video sessions. Much more about street crossings that I needed to know and will be able to apply in my O&M instruction to clients.
