dinner at an authentic Japanese restaurant in

The owner of the restaurant shows a bowl that is more than 100 years old.
The appetizer was a delicious agar cube made with layers of carrots, potatoes and spinach.
We had a delightful selection of food, including a variety of vegetarian dishes!
